The small and medium-sized enterprise is an important part of China´s national economy, and plays a more important role in promoting employment of the whole society, changing mode of enterprise economic growth, and enhancing diversity of products, etc. However, the restraints and problems in application of e-commerce influence and limit its development in small and medium-sized enterprises, such as internal and external environments, and application mode. The government should strengthen macro-plan and guidance, quicken cultivation of e-commerce talents and construction of credit system, build security certification program and on-line payment system, improve relevant laws, and provide powerful condition and support of e-commerce for small and medium-sized enterprises.
