Based on the evaluation of relative entrepreneurial risk literature and researches, a questionnaire survey was conducted on the undergraduate entrepreneurs. Students who run online shops in the Taobao Net (a typical Chinese C2C website) were covered in the survey. These students came from ten colleges and universities in China and finally 272 responses were received. Factor analysis method was adopted and an undergraduate students´ online risk identification index system had been concluded. There are five key entrepreneurial risks influencing these undergraduates´ online businesses, which include the online payment risks, e-shop management risks, security risks, e-customer services risks and market risks. Consequently, the report proposed a corresponding risk management strategy.
