Abstract :
By simplification of the electromagnetic rail gun launch system from 3 dimensional eddy current field to 1 dimension, deduced equations about the electromagnetic force of 1 dimension, compared with the classical equation and did analysis about the reason of error. To one special C-shaped armature, its initial position impacts the performances of the launch system obviously. Based on the electromagnet field emulator software Ansoft, by the format of eddy current field, emulated the force on armature of different positions. Not only the optimetrics model can optimize some parameters directly, but also the script operator, which is more simpler and easier-expanded. The process and result is important to the emulation and design of the rail gun.
