In order to understand the impacts of microblogs of education institutions, we select Wuhan University and New Oriental Education and Technology Group as samples of governmental and non-governmental education institutions on Sina Twitter, conduct survey to collect data and set up the AHP model. On this basis, we try to explore the issues and provide the basis and reference for education institutions in constructing their microblog platforms.
