After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

In order to further regulate the transmission format of the electrolysis aluminum production data, simplify operations, improve operational precision, this paper proposes a solution program based on XML, WebService, the program involves on-site production data collection, transmission, processing and presentation etc. Technically, the program fully performs the advantage of using XML to organize data, also makes perfect combination with the WebService, Windows Mobile OS and .Net platform, so the system is great flexibility and scalability, which is a direction of deeply informationizing the industry of aluminum electrolysis.
