Abstract
A three-dimensional model for simulating scattering from sea swells has been developed. By dividing the ocean surface into facets of aperture antennas of appropriate size and shape, multipath scattering is accounted for subject to the illumination and radiation of the facets. Wave propagation with respect to the Earth curvature and shadowing due to the sea wave geometry are also considered. Numerical results are presented.<>
