Abstract :
Mobile phones market has become one of the most important industry in United Kingdom. In recent years mobile phones have gained more and more popularity and the number of their sales is still increasing. This success is caused by a few reasons. First of all, mobile phones enable people to communicate easily all over the world. Secondly, modern mobile phones provide additional features that make them more desired. Components such as MP3 player, digital cameras, bluetooth and network services are the most important additional built -in features and they make every mobile phone very powerful tool to use. However, with these additional features, mobile phones are more susceptible to become faulty because of their complexity. At this time, the period of time that is necessary to repair faulty unit is crucial feature for Repair Centre functionality - the department of Kuehne + Nagel company. It is true from clients and mobile phone manufactures point of view. The Repair Centre is responsible for repairs of various mobile phone manufactures such as Sony Ericsson, Samsung and Alcatel. In order to shorten that time, there is a need for application that will help to store, analyze data of common repairs and allow to control data with more efficiency.
