With the constant development of information technology and its increasingly widespread application in enterprises, the enterprise management, decision-making, operational efficiency improved significantly, but the situation that business strategy, systems and operations are sometimes divorced has not been fundamentally changed, the problem seriously affects decision-making speed of parent company and adaptability to market. Therefore, how to efficiently allocate resources in an enterprise group during the process of high-speed information and achieve a virtuous cycle of value chain is critical. In this paper, it established the value net system management and control models for enterprises based on the concept of financial engineering cube, in order to continuously improve the international competitiveness of enterprises and provide a solution to integrated financial value.
