  • Abstract
    The purpose of this paper is to develop the microstrip patch designed for dual frequencies of 945 MHz and 1960 MHz. A new design of coplanar patches to get the dual band operation is proposed in this paper. It is a multiple patch approach for getting dual frequency operation with a single feed point. Some of the existing techniques like dual frequency PIFA; stacked patches for dual frequency and dual slot loaded patches are also designed for our specified frequency. Performance evaluation of all these design shows, our proposed design is advantageous in many aspects
