Method of response time optimization in Lans based on active experiment planning

The method of response time optimization in LANs based on planning of active experiment is suggested. The network faults (implicit faults and bottlenecks) exert the most considerable influence on response time of server on to client´s query. The proposed procedure of considered fault s location allows to decrease labouriousness, reduce time costs and increase validity of obtained diagnosis. The active nature of experiment is explained by presence of test load, which provides multi-level variance of factors´ values.
