Abstract
Enterprise innovation has always been a hot global topic. Combining with the reality of the increasing buyer power in recent years, this paper analyzes the impact of buyer power on manufacturers´ product quality improvements. Our game model shows that an increase in buyer power will lower the level of product quality supplied to consumers, and eventually do harm to the social welfare.
