Abstract :
Several kinds of organic EL displays, monochromatic as well as multi-coloured, were developed by depositing LEP (light emitting polymer) on poly-Si TFT panels fabricated by a low temperature process. Colour screens displaying vivid images were successfully fabricated by employing ink-jet patterning of 3 colour LEPs. The panels demonstrated great potential for an ideal flat panel display.
