In the rapidly developing economic society, solving contradiction between supply-demand and traffic flow, improving the capacity is imperative for the prevailing road network. In this paper, comprehensive consideration of road path, weather, road traffic flow and other factors, designed a Intelligent Transportation System, it can search the shortest path and give three alternate paths by the improved Dijkstra algorithm, and then according to path selected by user to obtain real-time traffic information of the specified road section, provide the user with a best path, so as to avoid network congestion. The system, by a simple human-machine interaction, dynamically induced traffic driving direction based on the appraisal results of the paths so that the road traffic volume of the road network is to maintain balance and enhance road fluency.
