Abstract
This paper presents a Bibliography of FACTS technology mainly for the year 2000. Papers published/presented in Conferences in later part of 1999, which appeared on search engines only in the year 2000 are also included in this Bibliography. It provides a listing of various journal and conference papers in this area.
