Abstract :
The basic attention at the given stage development TCN is given an estimation of scalability of mathematical models at realisation of multipath strategy of routing with finding-out of prospects of their further formation and development. In work the mathematical model which wins in a number of tasks in view, thanks to low dimension is offered.
