After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

In order to effectively improve the overall efficiency and competitiveness of complex products manufacturing industry and the collaboration between the upstream and downstream manufacturing enterprises, an overall framework of a collaborative platform for the supply-chain is built up on the basis of the characteristics of complex products. In addition, the study also includes two key technologies of building a database of industry-standard components and making of a hierarchical networked collaborative planning.
