Abstract :
The authors have developed software to link a device simulator and a circuit simulator for VLSI design. This program makes possible a feedback from circuit performance to the fabrication process and closes the process-device-circuit design loop. VLSI circuit performance and reliability can then be optimized effectively in the integrated simulation environment of computer-integrated manufacturing
