Abstract
A method of design of a Moore FSM is proposed. The proposed method is oriented on implementation of FSM as a part of a system-on-a-programmable chip, when PAL macrocells are used to implement an arbitrary logic of project. The main idea of proposed method is introduction of a special code transformer to form codes of classes of compatible microoperations. It permits use of decoders to implement a system of microoperations. An example of proposed method application is given.
