Along with the rapid expansion of information technology and the progress of the society, it makes customer to change the consumption habitual. In order to respond and satisfy consumers´ demand rapidly, the bank must practice e-CRM to maintain the competitive advantage. This study examines the critical success factors for the banking implementing e-CRM and constructs critical success factors model of e-CRM implementation. The results of the present study will contribute to e-CRM implement and development.
