Abstract :
At first the tendency towards of virtual instruments is introduced in this paper, the network of virtual instruments is the great important breakthrough in the history of instrument development. The text emphasize in the characteristic of hardware and software of the detecting system of electromagnetic environment virtual instruments based on the GPIB.
