Abstract
The design of a high-Q TE011 cavity suitable for cesium fountain clock has been presented. A testing model of the cavity has been made and measured. Results verify our coupler design, fitted distribution and tuning scheme. A final version of the cavity, which is made of OFHC and has a wall which is mirror polished, has already been constructed
