The integration of strategic resources directly affect the economic values of enterprises. This article chooses the representative information and organization resources and makes a concrete analysis of the integration of them taking Chinese Haier for example. The research shows that the effective integration of strategic resources induces the most optimum distribution of the whole enterprise resources, thereby improves the whole enterprise economic value and competitive ability.
