After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

E-commerce, on the one hand bring huge economic benefits to SMEs (small and medium enterprises), on the other hand bring credit risk, transaction risk, mode selection risks, strategic risks and the risk of talent and technology to SME. To identify correctly these risks and avoid these risks is very important for small and medium enterprises development. This requires the community, government and enterprises to work together. Society and the government should create a sound trading system, rules, improve the credit environment on the one hand, on the other hand, enterprises should choose their own e-commerce models adapting to their own characteristics, strategies to, avoiding risks.
