After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

Mobile banking is developing under conditions, such as the rapid development of electronic technology, and the urgent needs of quick service. But as a virtual entity bank services, Mobile banking has many risks that can not be ignored. In this paper, based on risk analysis about mobile banking and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation study, in order to help prevent the risk.
