The study of SOA-based Community Management Information System

Community informatization is an another information technology hot spot after the construction of e-government, e­commerce, and can be regarded as the extension of the e-government to the smaller level of administrative division. Community Management Information System is the core components and also the main element for the successful construction of the community informatization. This article, which refers to the SOA-based Community Management Information System, studies not just the simple applications of the Community Management Information System, but targets more on the construction of a new knowledge structure and mental attitude — the basic idea of which is the management information system architecture model based on SOA (service-oriented) and the purpose of which is to develop a kind of community-based management information system that is low-cost, changeable on-demand, loosely coupled and appropriate for business processes for grassroots, by using the SOA service architecture.
