Vitality evaluation of the grain lifeline system in Henan province

Grain is the key factor for social development. Through the vitality evaluation of the grain lifeline system of Henan province China, several appropriate proposals are provided in this paper to increase the vitality of the system. Firstly, the evaluation indexes are established based on process and security vitality indicators. Then the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation analysis is applied to evaluate the vitality level of the grain lifeline system. The results of the analysis, as long as the historical data comparison, show that the vitality level of the grain lifeline system is common, which mainly because of the weakly foundation security system of grain in Henan province. So the urgent task for increasing the vitality of the grain lifeline system in Henan province is to improve the effect of the grain security system.
