In order to probe into the development status of integrated transport hub in China, this paper applies the Pareto principle into analyzing the economy, politics and transportation. A new classification criterion to integrated transport hub is presented from the perspective of the society and economy. It provides the basis for assess the status of integrated transport hub in China and shows the rationality of the spontaneous present status. And it is beneficial for the future rapid development of integrated transport hub in China.
