Abstract
The problem about definition of mechanical deformations is viewed at dynamic twisting with bend of rectangular cross-section piezoceramic rod. The method of analytical definition of piezoelectric constants matrix of the polarized piezoelectric ceramics is offered. The boundary problem of electro elasticity for a case of dynamic twisting is formulated and system functions of piezoceramic rod deflector defined. The recommended area of use - microelectromechanical systems (MEMS).
