E-government is contributing to high user satisfaction with public services. E-commerce can facilitate peoples´ life through service innovation. Those 2 areas can be developed quickly through government procurement. Through the experience of Korea, This paper has concluded that e-government can enhance government procurement; government procurement can promote service innovation; e-government is an engine to power e-commerce.
