Abstract :
This paper is to study the problem of the macro-allocation of Chinese forest resources, to make a evaluation model of non-equilibrium change of forest resources distribution in China based on Gini coefficient theory of economics, and combining Chinese national status and forest condition. Macro-allocation of forest resources is related to the ecological security, the improvement of inland environment and sustained development in economic society. From practical research results, we have found that there is a Lorenz curve on forest resources. The degree of the Lorenz curve is high, comparing with different time, the degree of the Lorenz curve is becoming higher. The forest resources Lorenz curve shows that the forest cover ratio increases, but our country hasn´t achieved successfully even distribution. The process from forest distribution non-equilibrium to forest distribution equilibrium is not obviously, which is reasonable slowly and long, conversely the tread of non-equilibrium is forwarding. The suggestion is to bring the requirements to improve forest resources distribution non-equilibrium into planning of the forest strategy in China.
