Abstract :
The analysis of the P.D. process in a porous multilayer structure, compared with an equivalent individual one having the same density and thickness, emphasises new specific aspects. The optimum number of layers, depending on frequency and paper characteristics, could be appointed. The extended analysis of the P.D. phenomena versus frequency could be used as an indirect qualitative method in characterising the technology of composite dielectric
