Forecasting of corporation cash flow from operating activity: Using grey topological model

Corporation cash flow from operating activity has the characteristics of small sample scale, severe fluctuation and more influencing factors, which could not meet the requirements of normal forecasting model on sample´s scale and distribution. In this paper, operating cash flow forecasting model is built using grey topological predicting approach, which could overcome the restriction of normal forecasting model on sample´s characteristics. Empirical test showed that grey topological predicting model can forecast the operating cash flow in mid-term with better accuracy.
