Abstract
Based on the periodicity of DSSS signal´s short-time Fourier transform (STFT) spectrum, a periodical variance threshold searching method of periodical pulse is presented. To the IS-95CDMA signal, when SNR is -13 dB, its detection probability is above 89%. This method doesn´t use any prior information such as signal´s carrier frequency, spreading code and etc. It is easy to implement and to use in practice.
