Digest E-government is becoming more and more popular among governments, accelerating e-government is now a major trend of today´s world economic and social development. By constructing E-government, it helps to improve comprehensive application of information technology in different government sectors´ business, and to realize the exploitation, utilization and accumulation of governmental information resources.
