After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

The ecotourism can improve the protection of both natural and cultural resources. It is an important approach to realize sustainable development, in which enhancing the tourist satisfactory degree is of significance to stabilize tourist source and to heighten competitiveness. Taking the Sanming tourism site in Fujian as the object of study, the paper adopts Philip Cotlar´s theory and measuring approach about customer satisfactory degree to do the satisfactory degree questionnaire and evaluation regarding 17 factors of four aspects which are psychological experience, recreational environment, recreational service and recreational activities. The result of research shows that tourist recreational motivations vary according to tourist different characteristics and that there is correlation between tourist recreational motivation and beforehand expetancy.
