Abstract :
The well-conditioned asymptotic waveform evaluation (WCAWE) is applied to the MoM solution of microstrip structures to obtain a fast frequency sweep in this paper. The WCAWE circumvents a problematic issue that in traditional asymptotic waveform evaluation (AWE) method, the ill conditioning usually leads to stagnation in the moment-matching process. On the other hand, to cover the entire bandwidth. Multipoint automatic WCAWE is also proposed at the same time. Numerical examples are given to illustrate this method accuracy and robustness.
