Abstract
The problem sounds simple; Cashing money for WLAN HOT SPOT usage, but not in a standard location like an internet cafe. This ¿cafe-shop¿ travels with 850 km/h at 10.000 m of altitude. Or, how can we add a WLAN Hot Spot - Billing system into an aircraft without adding payload, blocking space and have it run by non-IT skilled, changing flight crew attendants. The WLAN user should simply switch on the PC, grant access to the WWW and in the same time his money for the usage is drawn out of his wallet. Different software solutions are extensively evaluated within field-tests to simplify operations.
