This paper is based on the background of increasing exchange rate risk under the floating exchange rate system and the global financial crisis. Given that foreign-related enterprises in China lack specialized talents and dealing experience of derivatives, by the aid of cases study, this thesis studies the techniques of exchange rate risk management by using futures and swaps. At last, it supplies suggestions on how to play the positive role of derivatives in risk management, avoid to produce new risks by improving the accuracy of market forecast, insisting on hedging principles, etc, so as to lock in the enterprises´ costs and profits, optimize enterprises´ debt structure.
