In recent years, Beijing e-government construction is continuously developing, accelerating the pace of city information-based, but on the whole e-government development has lagged far behind the requirements of social and economic development, e-government development in the mode selection, structure selection and system selection can not meet the rapid development of information technology needs of the city, can not satisfy the people on e-government popular, open and facilitation aspects of the growing demand. Therefore, the establishment of a modern e-government structure is imperative. In this paper, the concept of e-government reticulation structure is put forward. Beijing hopes to build e-government reticulation structure to promote rapid and healthy development.
