It is beneficial to accelerate urbanization, beautify city environment, improve habitant living condition, ensure housing for low-income population and facilitate low-income and migrant workers finding jobs in neighborhood if we can construct low-rent houses during the process of urban-villages. In view of the special national condition that The renting houses in urban-villages have taken the role of low-rent housing in cities of our country, this paper brought forward the vision to construct low-rent houses based on the rebuilding of urban-villages, and analyzed the social system, financing and the manage difficulties might existed under the current social and economic environment.
