Abstract
A new multidimensional parameters (DODs: direction of departures¿CDOAs: direction of arrivals, and Doppler frequencies) estimation method for bistatic MIMO radar via ESPRIT exploiting virtual arrays is presented. The proposed method uses the eigenvalues of constructed matrix to estimate DODs and Doppler frequencies and the eigenvectors to estimate DOAs. At the same time, the parameters are paired easily by the relationship between the eigenvectors. The performance of the proposed method is validated by the simulation results.
