Student organization system based on the knowledge management

As the intense disturbance of organization survival environment and rapid development of information technology, knowledge and human capital become important economic factors of replacing resources and financial capital Student organizations made up of university students are non-profit organizations, which possess liquidity characteristics, valid existence and maintaining a good survival level become the key issues to be researched by such organizations. The paper selects university students Career Planning Center of Harbin Science and industrial university as research objects, discusses the new problems of such organizations. On the basis of analyzing problems and reasons of career planning, the paper constructs knowledge management model, puts forward specific improvement projects and establishes career planning management flow chart based on knowledge management, in the end proposes operation safeguarding measures.
