  • Abstract
This article presents the research results: the temperature and environmental humidity influence on weld-sealing and sewn-sealing seam quality to make high quality garments from waterproof fabrics; optimizing technological regime and building guidelines for manufacturers to correct the optimal sealing technological regime according to changing of temperature and humidity in Northern Vietnamese manufacturing seasonal conditions. In research, we have applied the multi-variables and multipurpose optimizing method with the support of the Design Expert software; it determines the sealing technology variables´ value needs to be corrected when we change the temperature and humidity at working place. Research results show that the temperature and nozzle pressure at the sealing place depend on many factors so there are many packs of optimal sealing technological parameters according to different views at the same working temperature and humidity conditions of production environment.
