The resource and environment restrict the development of Chinese economy, circular economy must be developed, high-new technology is need to reconstruct tradition industry, but bring pollution itself. Analysis on high-new technology industry´s pollution and characteristic, then put forward the design study production and consumption should green and health. In order to realize in deed circular economy, must be start from technology headstream, high-new technology industry must wend the route of circular economy.
