Knowledge workers are the core resource for high-tech enterprise. However, their characteristics make enterprise face a high turnover rate, which has a serious effect for enterprise sustainable development. Taking the knowledge worker of high-tech enterprise in Beijing as the research objective and using the method of factor analysis and multiple correlation analysis and other methods, this paper analyzes the factors influencing knowledge worker turnover. Finally, this paper proposes corresponding suggestions for the knowledge worker retention.
