  • Abstract
    Collection efficiency in a-Si solar cells is discussed on the basis of computer simulation. This permits the analysis of position-dependent internal electrical properties in a-Si multilayer structures. The contributions of various effects on collection efficiency is discussed using simplified analytical approaches adapted to particular operating conditions
