Abstract :
Power Supply Company is affected by various risk factors, How to identify risk factors and control the risk so as to avoid losses causing by risk is of great significance to power supply companies. This paper briefly introduce the basic principle of Bayesian Belief Network, proposes a building method of Bayesian Belief Network based on ISM, and analyses the risk of Power Supply Companies using this model. The result indicates that this method is feasible and valid for Power Supply Companies controlling and avoiding operational risks.
