With the improvement of academic status and its growing influence, research team and its system structure is more and more important as a basic research unit of the eco-academic system. The importance of eco-system is first researched, and then the concept of the ecosystem and research team of university are introduced, a stratified analysis for the eco-academic system of university is made, and functioning factors on the academic ecosystem are summed up through the analysis of research data, at last, some optimization strategy for the system are put forward in order to provide reference for rationalization of the academic system.
