This paper studies Chinese iron and steel industry integration. The purpose of this study is to improve the international competitiveness of iron and steel enterprises. The research method is systems theory approach. this paper analyzes the status of iron and steel industry, the surplus total industrial capacity, lack of innovation, irrational distribution and low industrial concentration. Conclusion is that Chinese iron and steel industry should integrate in industrial organization, industrial chain and industrial space in three aspects based on circular economy.
