Abstract
In this paper, a design method of an output feedback H∞ controller which can assign all the poles inside a desired region (to the left of a vertical line on the complex plane) is proposed. By this method, those poles outside the desired region are moved to the location of their mirror image with respect to the vertical line, while those poles inside the region remains the same location
